Purchased new from Whistler in April 2020. Includes all original accessories and box, and I will throw in a right-angle mini-USB cable that I used to connect it to my PC. I put ring terminals on the 12V power lead and used it with a power supply. Cosmetically it looks brand new. Full disclosure: This scanner works great on analog and DMR but it most likely will NOT work on a P25 700/800 MHz trunking system. Selling to finance another scanner purchase.
