Default Secretary Napolitano

DHS Secretary Napolitano will be visiting Denver and Colorado Springs on Monday. Tuesday she'll be visiting NIFC. The Secretary of Agriculture will be with her. (Believe he was still in Colorado yesterday.)

NAC tones are not needed because none of the Forest Service frqs are P25.
