Older news from June, but this confirms that Broomfield will be staying on DTRS and will not move to FRCC. I'm sure this is much to FRCC's disappointment since Broomfield has money
The MOU between CCNC agencies and the State of Colorado reads interestingly though, particularly in section 4.7 where it appears that they are trying to stop the bleeding of big agencies off of the system. This makes me wonder if that's what is actually pushing some of these agencies away so quickly and what's to come for those agencies who stay over the next five years.
