Denver Water DMR testing

Hearing what appears to be continuous carrier DMR testing on Denver water frequencies 153.620 and 153.7325 for the past several weeks. Strongest signal up here is 153.620.

Kinda strange, not hearing any audio, and I'm also note seeing a Color Code. Basically, it's a continuous transmission from 1 RID on 1 TG. Here's an excerpt of what I'm seeing on 153.62:

The display on my Uniden 996P2 is switching between CC14 and DMR when parked on the 153.620 frequency. 153.7325 is too weak to decode up here.

If the 996P2 is correct it's indicating Color Code 14.

DSD+ is showing a CC of 11 on 153.620 and 153.7325.

Check out 173.325, 173.375 and 173.225. 173.325 is showing channel 11&12 on DSD+

Can you post or PM me a log from DSD+ showing this? I'm using the very latest DSD+ FL (2.71) and I'm not seeing a CC of any kind on 153.62. I can't pick up 153.7325, but I'm getting a strong signal on 153.62.

This is what I have figured out so far. There are two (2) CAP+ sites. One site is #1 and the other is site #6. I've seen the same TGs on both sites.

Site 1:
LCN01 173.3750
LCN02 150.9800
LCN03 153.3275

173.225 unknown LCN, reports being part of site 1
173.325 unknown LCN, reports being part or site 1

Site 6:
LCN01 150.8525
LCN02 ?????????
LCN03 153.2825

What 153.62 and 153.7325 is being used for is a mystery to me. Site 6 rest channel hasn't moved to LCN02 so I haven't been able to locate the frequency yet. Every once and a while, I get DSD+ telling me there is an LCN of 11/12 but if I close down DSD+ and restart it, the LCN 11/12 goes away.
