just curious why are some some units are black and white ? i thought they might be jeffco so, but the cars say westy pd. thanks.

I think they switched over to b/w a couple of years ago. They probably still have a good number of cars that were new before they did the switch so it's probably just a matter of time before they're all b/w

I think all of them are black and white now. I drive to Westminster 5 days a week and haven't seen any of their all white cars for quite a while.

They may still have a couple old white ones held for reserve in the PD lot, but as was said, those will be ultimately phased out.

Same here, I drive through their area to and from work and all that I've seen are black and whites.
