Anyone know what site is carrying NAWAS (TG 2797) reliably in the Denver Metro these days? It's been a while since I have listened to it, and it used to be on Chevron frequently, but I'm not hearing it nowadays.

Thanks!

Doesn't answer your question, but it has not been heard on the following sites in the past 3 months:
  • 1-001 Admin
  • 1-005 Thorodin
  • 1-007 Smoky Hill
  • 1-008 Lookout
  • 1-020 Denver Tx
  • 1-064 Chevron
  • 1-070 Auraria
  • 1-071 State Capitol

It was on Lookout for a few weeks in February, but hasn't been heard since.

I don't have any data for the rest of the sites, but my guess is that NAWAS might not be carried on sites anymore since pretty much all of the users are dispatch centers connected by IP.

Thanks, Phil! A little far north for me though :)

Its still around, mostly for the storm season.

With the amount of the MCC consoles, there is less "on air" unless a subscriber is actually on the TG.

Last year or the year before it was pretty active during storm season, this year, barely a peep.

Last DTRS report I saw and a legacy consoles down to a record low.

It looks like NAWAS returned to the Denver Metro on July 28.

Out of the previous sites that I listed, it looks like it was only carried on Lookout (1-008) until this October where it has now swapped to Chevron (1-064).

Thanks to datainmotion and jbeen for the information that I have neglected for quite sometime.
