Am now hearing El Paso Red 4770 and C2 4940 on Douglas South Zone 1 Tower, When did this start?

Some of the C talkgroups have been around since mid-2017. Red is news for me so I would guess probably within the last few months.
Even though the talkgroups are allowed on the site, it is not the best site to monitor unless there are no other alternatives. Many of the El Paso County talkgroups frequently come and go as radios affiliate to better sites within El Paso County.

While I have not heard Douglas South allow any departmental talk groups, hearing El Paso Red and so far, C2 and C3 is a break from the simulcast issues, just as Cheyenne Mt Zone 6 is for southern El Paso.
