Once again it looks like the State Tech had a little problem with his Double Yous
Site 143 is reporting a call sign of WPVU306 ( Some company in Georgia)
A little research shows a license to the state of Colorado with the call sign of WPVW306. The location looks better being in Walsenburg too.
I'll call them as I find them.
