Frequency Question - 153.8500

I can't locate who/where owns 153.8500.
Can anyone enlighten me on what system or department that 'belongs' to?

Try 153.845 Gilpin County RED Fire channel 100.0 PL

Morgan County is also on this freq for EMS & Fire with 127.3 PL.

Despite all the DTRS hype there is still a LOT of activity on VHF.
