noise on arapahoe system

I am having a problem mostly in the morning when listening to Arapahoe county. It is something on the digital system It makes a noise sounding like a combination of turning off the squelch and an air compressor. I know it happens when someone is talking because the dispatcher answers that person after the noise. Thayne thought is was mount lookout tower and took that one out. I am blind and can't watch the screen to see what is making that noise. I live on Quebec and Mississippi. If anyone has any ideas on what to do let me know. Use my email address if you can.
