Default Dallas Police high speed multimedia?

Hello alll,

Thank you for reading my post.

Recently I attended a rally in downtown Dallas, TX, and spotted local police using an antenna array not recognized. It looks similar to a higher end HSMM-Mesh antenna used in amateur radio.

As seen, the set up is hard wired to an overwatch position.

Any ideas?

- Regards

That could be what this license is for.
ULS License - Public Safety 4940-4990 MHz Band License - WPYK682 - City of Dallas
That band is commonly used for mesh networks.

Looks like UBNT Rocket dishes, a couple of NanoBeam 19's and then some little omni's on the bottom of the box.

Very interesting. Ill have to look up more info though I am sure it's not readable. I've also seen similar antennas on tall light pole type masts.
