Hi,
I just purchased a supposedly "new" set of DB-408 Dipoles with the phasing harness relatively cheaply, but they have no aluminum mast to mount them on. Looking at the specs I can see that the mast is just a 1.75 inch OD aluminum tube with 0.125 wall thickness and a pointed cap on the top. I believe I can source all that locally to complete the antenna.
The information that I haven't been able to find is what the bay spacing should be on the aluminum mast, or if that is even critical to the performance. Can anyone help me with that information? I sent a message to Commscope to see if they would help with the info but I'm not hopeful since I didn't buy the antenna "new."
Here is an image from the seller so you can visualize what I'm talking about:

Any help would be most appreciated,
Thanks,
- Erik
