Default Trying to figure out antenna brand

Recently in southern Ontario Iíve been seeing antennas on various different vehicles for different companies with the same antenna. Iím not familiar with this antenna as I have never seen it until this fall. The base is similar to the picture below, but not the same. The base is very conical with ridges on the side. If someone here knows what brand it is that would be awesome.

Since your in Canada I suspect they would be using Canadian made antennas. Here is a similar style made by Sinclair in Canada, eh.

Iím quite familiar with Sinclair. I used to be an RF Technician for two way radio company. Iím familiar with PCTEL Maxrad, Laird, Sunclair, Comprod, Tram Browning but I have never worked with this antenna before so thatís why Iím unable to deduce the manufacturer

Those Mosaic antennas are close but the bases are too tall and the ones Iím inquiring about donít have that metallic tip
