Default Anitron/Sinclair antenna

Looking at an add for a antenna he says its a Anitron 150 OS4 vhf 136 to 174 MHz he says its like a Sinclair Srl 210-c4. I look these up and can't find anything. Any idea on these antennas looking to put up a tower and wondering if this might work. I'm sure I need to give more info just not sure what. It's probably too much for the current radio I bet, it's a icom ic 5021 plan is to put a ic 7000 up as a base down the road. This is going to go up at our place in the mountains

Yes that's the one for sale he has a 4 element & a 2 element. I have a 50' tower and looking for a good antenna for it I have vhf and maybe uhf it's going up in a long valley in the mountains I need an antena that can cover the valley as well as cover up the hills as well. I'm not really sure what to use. From what I have read I'm thinking the 4 element might be too big on my tower and I'm not sure if it will give the elevation coverage I need. I'm green as grass to this been studying a lot. The price is right for these antennas just not sure if they are what I really need tia
