pertaining to the billions in contracts. i did not see where CHINA approved that loan i guess the present us govertment did not use there promised transparancy. oh well another day closer to socialism. just an opinion.

Interesting how Motorola is mentioned multiple times in the article, and even placed on the top of the vendor list even though the rest of the list is alphabeticle. A little favoritism maybe?

The most overused adjective in radio today - "interoperable". I bet a billion of that price tag is for interoperability.
