New Britain Police

I have a BCD436HP and a BCD536HP. I downloaded the New Britain Police frequencies from the Sentinel software, and can hear the dispatchers just fine, but some of the officers come in like they're encrypted. Is there any way to fix this, or are the officers actually encrypted?

Nothing you can do about it. They are all over the place with the encryption. The dispatch been in the clear for the past several weeks but that can change at any time. It's just off and on with them.
