Does anyone know what system they run on and can it be monitored??

Marcus Passport. Cannot be trunktracked with any scanner on the market. It can be trunktracked with SDRTrunk software and a couple SDR units.
Since it is analog traffic, you can monitor the frequencies but you get the signature Passport key up every 1-2 seconds.

ASM operates on 3 systems.
- UHF Passport system (Marcus sites for statewide transports)
- UHF LTR system (10-12)
- UHF analog repeater (10-5)
