DB Layout suggestion

The new 4.0 interface looks cool. I haven't run into any issues so far.

I like the addition of the checkbox to toggle the display of the input frequencies.

How about standardizing the columns that are displayed? The Tone column is not always displayed if no data has been submitted for that agency.

How about always showing that column and if no tone has been submitted you could display a little icon that pops up a text box "Monitor and submit a tone for this frequency".

I think there ought to be more reminders to users - espicially the newer ones that the site depends on user inputs to the DB and without their participation it can't grow and/or stay up to date.

Consistent Information Displayed

I agree with the issues of tones ALWAYS being displayed. The column needs to support CT, DC, NAC type tones as well as the frequencies, codes and "varies" and "CSQ".

We should be using CT and DC (or CTCSS and DCS) and not the trademarked PL and DPL.
