How to set Agency watch

Would you please explain in depth how to set an agency watch on a multi-site 800 trunk system (i.e. South Carolina Palmetto800) I read the short directions but can't figure it out in this new format.

Lew, you can't watch for changes on a single agency within a trunked system, only changes for the entire trunked system. An outstanding feature request has been made to watch individual talkgroup categories for a system, but it has not been implemented yet.
