As it would appear that a large number of systems are migrating to a trunking system, why not place those systems at the top of the page and place the conventional information beneath? Right now we have to scroll down to the bottom of the psge to select a trunked system. Just a matter of ease of use. Thanks for your time, consideration and effort.

People often assume that the rest of the country (or the world) is just like their neighborhood. The overwhelming majority of radio systems are still conventional, not trunked.

Steve if you are tired of scrolling, just hit the End key on your keyboard, you'll be down there on that page as soon as you release your finger. :)

Well said.

For my area, ease of use would place the conventional listings first.

If an agency/entity listed "higher up" on the page uses a trunk system, ask your local DB admin (via a submission) to put a link to the system in the conventional section. There's an example immediately below the word "Police" in the following link:

Calgary County, Alberta (AB) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

Good example, Jay.

A wise man named Lindsay Blanton III asked us to attach those links to the subcategories.

He asked for us to try and imagine travelling to an unfamiliar place and wanting to collect all the pertinent details for monitoring in one handy location. So, this way you have your related trunked system one click away on the conventional page.

I've tried to do just that where possible in the real estate that I administer.

However, if the person wants all trunking for the county, just hit the "end" button on the keyboard to go to the bottom of the page where all that data is.
