I notice that DMR entries in the RRDB usually refer to slot numbers, but I am not seeing as many Group IDs or Color Codes.
For the purpose of monitoring these systems, at least Group IDs would be useful for those who are equipped with software that can follow them. For those using commercial DMR equipment, the Color Code is needed even for receive access to a system, as far as I can tell from my reading.
I know adding fields to the DB is a major project and might "break" the interface to various scanner programming software, so I am not advocating for that. I just wonder if submitters should be generally encouraged to provide this information, and DB admins given some guidance as to how best to present it in light of all other DB considerations.
