How to reach a db admin?

How is one able to contact a db admin to ask about a change that was made by that a db admin, when they have pm and email turned off?

I'm surprised that this is the case. Really, there should be at least one way of communication open from the membership to a DB Admin.

Since you have no other means of contact, post your question in the Regional State Forum that concerns you unless there is confidential information you wish to keep private from the membership at large.
