Default Downloading All Counties

I tried to search for this but keep getting a Database Error instead of results.

Is there a way to download ALL the counties from a state other than one at a time ? Yes, you can download the whole state but it's so much easier to have them broken up via county than trying to wade through 9,000 + entries to grab a few EMS and Fire frequencies from each county.

Currently doing this county by county for my own state and feel luck there are only 83 counties...

How about downloading them into Excel and sorting them there. Then upload to the program?
