Default Submitting HPE files for updates?

While scanning a trunk here in my area, My BCD536HP found 15 new TGID's.

I'm sure you don't want them submitted to RR without identifying each one, so if I were to identify them and update the channel name would they be something to submit?

Could the HPE file be submitted? Maybe a screenshot of the list? Or must someone type them all in and submit?

This is the page listing the format requirements for submissions:

Ya, I've read that before, just thought that in this day and age things could be improved by submitting HPE or CSV files instead of a lot of copy paste.

csv files would probably be easily handled by most DB Admins. Use the submission form to ask an admin for an address to send the file to.
The problem with hpe files is that not every Admin owns a Uniden scanner and has the software.
