Hello,
I cannot pick up the CC for this system. Can someone check with Unitrunker or similar to see if any of the db info has changed or if it is listing site neighbors?

can anyone confirm it is networked with a larger USAF system?

Which system are you not hearing?
The database has two systems at Dover AFB.
