The SPARC System repeater on Santiago will pass P25 traffic - they ask you only use it after hours. You need to send them an email, or ask on the air for the NAC.

I realize that this thread is three years old, but yes, I am very much alive and well. The repeater is also quite operational. The repeater is open for P-25 operation, although private for analog. Most of the data that you would want is on this web page:

Note, I am monitoring the repeater a lot more from work as I now have it on my console (most of the time).
