Icom: ID-5100 Programming a repeater

I need some help programming this frequency and I hear the repeater beep when you access the repeater system but I didn't see my name on the D-Star user page when I was using the repeater for my area.

I programmed 145.340- WX4EMA C WX4EMA G 12.5 CQCQCQ

Is this correct?

You are showing up on the local repeater so everything must be set right. There may be propagation issues with the local repeater's connection with the rest of the world.
