ok i got this radio and im trying to program i have the one channel set but i dont hear any trasmissions..... when they are ppl talk on channel the geen light comes on but no sound plz help

Possibly wrong talk group. Several talk groups may be using the same time slot, and you should only hear the TG you programmed but you will see others with the green receive indication.

Did you set up an RX Group with the talk group in it?
