Toronto Police vehicle idents

Just wanted to ask what 'CFC' meant on the side of a Toronto Police vehicle? Here are some of the other ones I can think of...

CMU - Community Mobilization Unit
ITS - Information Technology Svcs
RMS - Resource Management Svcs

CFC is usually associated with Central Field Command , so I am speculating that a specialty squad of some sort , a SOCO, or some other expert perhaps , was using that vehicle.
That's my uneducated guess .

RMS in PD normally stands for "Record Management System".
