Well the article does mention that it will be P25 so here in America, unless the Talk Groups are encrypted or the system is encrypted than a P-25 Trunked site is scannable. The article mentions that the P25 TRS should be connected to EDCAS. Here in the states EDACS is scannable unless like the above. The article does mention EDCAS VIDA. I do NOT know what a VIDA Trunked System is. The article also mentions support for TETRA. TETRA is NOT scannable.
