Does anybody here have a link to the federal UHF band plan from 406 to 420 mHz? I seem to recall a site a while back that talked about it being divided into three sections. The lower part 406 to something being repeater outputs, the middle being simplex, and the upper part repeater inputs. I also seem to recall that the standard plan having inputs exactly 9 or 11 mHz higher perhaps. It seems like it was an NTIA Red Book

I think this is it. I am curious if most people here have found federal agencies to be in compliance with this now. Thus any legitimate federal activity above 415.100 mHz is a repeater input.

Not everyone has moved to the +9 Mhz OffSet
