Not sure what agency this is. They can operate simplex and repeater on
this frequency. Talk of getting something from "the bucket truck", and
making sure they had their trailer. Also, talk of meeting out at the range.
This is not a common NAC that I've seen for either FBI, ATF, or USMS,
so I'm not sure...sounds like something L.E. related but more listening
is needed for confirmation.
