167.4625 NAC 70 in CT area

This frequency and NAC became active in the Hartford CT area on Thursday and Friday 9/5-9/6
As usual digial encrypted, but the activity was fairly steady throughout both days.
I picked it up on my Home Patrol with stock antenna which tells me that it's originating "fairly" local, i.e. Hartford/New Haven/Springfiield areas.
This is the second post of seeing the NAC 70 associated with 167.XXXX frequencies in the past few weeks... Something to keep an eye on...

This is another FBI (confirmed) New England area freq. I pick it up on occasion up here in MA. 99% ENC

Ok, so since these "FBI" frequencies have been coming up with this "new" NAC, does that mean the FBI is using this new NAC now for selected frequencies ? We could have a trend starting here..
