Anyone know what this is? Only hear traffic on it about every 2 to 3 hours. Units 300 (dispatch?) 411, 419, 607, 159 .

169.7125 is generally NPS, BIA, BLM type agencies.

I would go for a National Park, keep listening see if they give a location that you might be able to google.

Chickamauga & Chattanooga National Military Park (U.S. National Park Service)

I think I have determined it to be part of TVA's Security and Emergency Management system. They list only one p25 frequency, and it has the NAC 298. It is for Raccoon Mtn, but I believe this frequency 169.7125 is possibly a repeater in North Georgia.

171.75000 RM 298 NAC TVASEM-Rcoon Raccoon Mtn. S&EM Repeater P25 Federal.
