nac 167. input is 162.9 so if you hear this there may be something going on nearby, unless its simplex which you can tell if it is or not by listening to 172.2875 with an analog scanner to see if there is a repeater tail. ...might as well post this since they have been encrypted for a year right after a bank robbery bust

Since as you mention 162.9000 is the input, it would not be used Simplex as it would always trip the repeater

Simplex would be on the output of the Repeater or another tactical channel
