I was thinking that and checked the fed files for updates and see the freq is in use there but I have not seen the nac 247 listed . I am close to MacArthur in Islip and they have TSA there but usually they were on 172.9. Might take a ride there with the laptop and set the RF level low and see what pops up. Just kinda hard to go out on snooping missions with a wife and a 5 year old lol..

Pensacola, FL TSA just recently installed two new repeaters, 172.150 Nac 0D6 and 172.900 Nac 02E. New repeaters with new Nacs and about 80% encrypted now.

172.1500 is generally TSA (there are exceptions, always) and based on many Reports both here and at The Fed Files Blog: TSA Frequency Updates
all the airports are

a. Changing NAC from $001 to a unique NAC per Airport
b. Input Freq for 172.9000 is now 163.8500 (NTIA Compliance)
c. input for the newer Freq's found, is till to be found, but is 162-166 area.

It appears that there is no longer a "standard NAC" for the TSA. They have been changing them to somewhat unique NACs per location/airport as they upgraded the radio hardware and encryption.
