I am going to ask here as this involves fed radio, tg and rid, and DSDPlus and BCD436HP.

There was a roll call this morning and I logged it with Proscan. Dsdplus event file also logged this. When the person conducting the roll call calls out to a party to complete the radio check, dsd lists one radio id, and the 436 lists a different one. Dsd also listed every tg as tg1. The 436 did mostly the same but on some, it would display the 4095 tg. I lined the 2 logs up side by side. The radio id's for the agencies checking in seemed fine, so it's just the main radio conducting the roll call that exhibits this.

Any ideas?

How much signal bar are you getting? I notice even on full signal bars I see different TG with the same voice and rid are the same. I wonder if the new Firm Ware still has the bug in it. I run DSDPlus it runs fine.

Generally the Dispatch Console uses 4095 as a FLEET CALL or in Trunking language the ATG [Announcement Talk Group] and the users are on TG 1

Unknown if the Dispatch Console is a Base Station or a Real Console from one of the Mega Centers, which is generally where I have only seen the 4095 used

Scanner had full bars.

Announcement Talk Group So should dsd pick that up? And what could be a reason the 436 does not pick it up each time?

Out of my realm with DSD, however it could be the user Quick Keyed vs letting the repeater unkey, or the software wasn't reading the data fast enough...

I've seen this on a few conventional PS P25 repeaters. The dispatcher's HDUs say TG 4095, but everyone's LDU1s say TG 1. I'd say the calls are on TG 1.

If it misses the HDU, it's not going to see 4095.

All of the info is in the console log - check it out.

4095 is the default TGID in Motorola DIUs. (Links the console to the system)

Fairly common to see that TGID from the console in a conventional system since it really doesn't matter in the end.
