On a similar theme, I wondering what the freq is for Coatesville's VA Medical Center in Chester County. I've never been able to confirm a stand-along freq for Coatesville VA, though their fire department (Station 76; regularly run m/a to Coatesville and Thorndale fire cos. and for ALS requests from Medic 93) and PD (police district 77, very rare on assists to Caln and Coatesville City PD) will use the ChesCo 800 system.

Coatesville VA Hospital:

162.2125 123.0 Security
163.2375 123.0 Medical

These are the only freq's I have for that facility.

165.4625 is often reported as CBP, specifically, the output for the Net-7 repeater.

173.9125 is suspected to be FBI in Philly. That near constant encryption makes ID'ing a tad difficult, though (and it makes the freq annoying to keep in a scan list).

That's the Philadelphia Federal Interoperability Channel. All the fed agencies , the city of Philly (police and ema), and the state police will use this as a coordinating channel during emergencies. Keep it in the scanner...it has already had some fed traffic on it unrelared to the weekly check in nets. The FBI Philadelphia Field Office (Central) conducts the check in nets.
