When do you think Fire & EMS will switch over to P25 in Pinellas?

Fire/ EMS P25
It will not be until 2014 for Fire/ EMS/ and PCSO. They are awaiting for the new public safety building to be completed as all dispatch agency's will move into that building at that time. PCSO is being simulcasted on the P25 but they will not complete full switch over until then.
