Hello, I would not instantly rule that out as some kind of fluke. Up here, what you describe is usually C.B.P. they are most always encrypted in that range of 169, and P 25..

I'm seeing it at a strong signal level and my SDS200's display flickers between LNK and DATA with no audio ever being decoded or audible. 100h shows up as the NAC

That is an ICE Wide area voted repeater network and the site is located in Daytona. Encryption is strapped as far as I know.

Those repeaters can run stand alone or wide area depending on the input NAC utilized. But you are correct...ICE DAYTONA site and yes it’s strapped to ENC.

I fixed a few errors.... here's the update. (had 169.6 in there twice... among other things...)
