Default 169.600 MHz P25 NAC100

Hearing mostly encrypt/scrambled in the S. Daytona area past few months

Default C.B.P.

Hello, I would not instantly rule that out as some kind of fluke. Up here, what you describe is usually C.B.P. they are most always encrypted in that range of 169, and P 25..

That is an ICE Wide area voted repeater network and the site is located in Daytona. Encryption is strapped as far as I know.
