Combine Syossett FD threads

I was wondering if one of the moderators in the NY forum could combine the Syossett FD threads to clean things up a little bit.

I've already reported the thread asking for it to be combined. In the future, use the Report Post function to get a mod's attention. When you realized you posted in the Incidents and Alerts section by accident, you should've reported your post instead of creating a new, duplicate thread.
