backwards links are why?

For weeks now, the NEW POSTS link (from the User CP, FAQ, Members list, etc bar) shows the last day (maybe?) of posts - whereas the Today's Posts (from the Forums mouse-over bar) shows all NEW POSTS...

They seem to be backwards... It's been like that for weeks - so no rush...

Is this something with Chrome & Tapatalk?

From what I see "New Posts" pulls up every new post going back 250 new posts; the 250 is hard-capped to reduce load on the server. "Today's Posts" goes back 24 hours from the most recent login time.
