Who is responsible for updating the FCC license grants for the individual pages?
For example the page for Union Co KY was last updated 2 January 2015.

Not sure if this is right forum or not, sorry if it's not.

I believe that those pages are updated automatically each week when RR downloads fresh data from the FCC.

Steve is correct, the FCC database is imported into the RR database weekly on Monday mornings.

I must point out though, that you are referring to two separate things here.

The Union County, KY database page was last updated on Jan 2, 2015. That is the RR portion of the database, not the FCC license database.

However if you look at the last 100 FCC license grants for that county, the last one was on Sept 30, 2016

So while the FCC licenses were imported this morning, there hasn't been any relevant activity in Union County, KY in months.
