Shack pix not displaying?

My shack pix aren't displaying, just the text fields.

In "My account" I only see the edit and trash icons. I tried deleting a (non-appearing) pix and I reloaded it, got a message "file uploaded successfully" but it still isn't being displayed.

A follow up.

No-one else's shack pix are displaying either using IE11, but using Chrome, all do display.

Ya'll can stop worrying.

For posterity, a reset of IE 11 seems to have fixed the problem.

Yea, I didn't have any real ideas on what the problem was here... sorry.
