The "other" frequency counter manufacturer

This is a question for you guys who have been around the scanning hobby for a while.

Roughly 10-15 years ago, there were two manufacturers of frequency counters that were marketed at hobby users. One was Optoelectronics and they are still around. In fact, they had a booth at the Dayton Hamvention. What was the other company? I want to say the name was "Startek", but I'm not sure that's correct. Anybody remember?

I seem to remember them. It looks like they only make video stuff now but do service the counters and have some replacement parts.
