Inexpensive device to stream audio from scanner over local network?

Is there such a device that will take the audio from my scanner and stream it over my local network? I would like to be able to listen to the audio from my scanner in different rooms on a pc or maybe even tablet or phone.

Bluetooth speaker won't work, for one Bluetooth doesn't have enough range to cover my entire house, and the Bluetooth speakers I've tried shut themselves off if there is no input for a certain amount of time which can happen if you aren't receiving anything for a while.

I'm new at using it, but I have to agree with Mule1075, RadioFeed should work both in the house and if you are away. It's a free windows based program with it's own web server.
