How to find frequencies?

I am new to scanning. Is there a place I find frequencies in my County for police/fire/utilities?

Also, can I do a reverse look-up by entereing in a frequency and getting knowledge of who it is for? Thank you!

Go to the database. its at the top of this screen

Second question 1st because you will be on the page first.

Click on the Database button near top of this page and scroll to bottom part for entering search frequencies.

Click on the US map in upper part then click on your county. The map can be changed from US to other countries above the default US map.
