I hear this noise on 407.2530Mhz it is like a pattern dose anyone know what it could be?

Probably the control channel of a Federal or Military trunked system. You didn't say where you are or where you were when you heard this - if you were hoping for more info you've got to provide more info.

I live southern Ontario, CAN
i herd some talking but could not make out the words. One word was communication but that was all I could make out?

Do you know what a control channel sounds like? If so, does this sound like a control channel? Just trying to figure out what this 'noise' is you are hearing.
