How do you make a coverage map for a repeater? is there a program or something ?

You're barking up the wrong tree here. Your question is best directed to an Amateur Radio club which owns a repeater or network with a coverage map on it's web site such as this;

Google "Radio Mobile". It's a program you can download for free. It's very good, especially for the price, but there is a STEEP learning curve, and it can be quite complex correctly entering data. It requires downloading digital terrain databases from several sources, and can occupy a large amount of storae space on your computer, depending on how large an area you want to map. There is also a Yahoo group dedicated to the program that can be quite informative.

I've compared the results of Radio Mobile to professional, commercial programs and, provided you can input data correctly, it compares favorable to programs that cost thousands of dollars.
